We were actually going to go to another restaurant but were told we couldn’t bring our toddler in with us! Anyway, a quick search on Google maps gave us Meze Meze just round the corner. Very happy we chose the place! The gent who served us was cheerful and attentive. It’s a cosy premises, nicely decorated and we were immediately offered a seat for our son so he could sit at the table with us. The important part. The food. Wow. Everything was delicious. The lamb stew in particular was lovely, the hummus was also fantastic and my wife told me to make sure to recommend the asparagus and cheese dish as she loved it. If we were local, we’d be going back to try more dishes. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner.

First place we ate at after arriving in Scotland. We were not expecting to love this place. We will be back before our trip to Scotland is over. I recommend the marinated chicken skewers and my husband got chicken gyro. The food came out so quick. The waiter was very pleasant.

Found at random on our way to the airport. Delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices. We’ve sat outside at the tables and was nice and quiet on Sunday morning. I very much enjoyed it and will be definitely going back when in Edinburgh!

Amazing food and atmosphere, honestly a must visit in Edinburgh. Food was authentic and full of flavour, great portions. Service was exceptional, Abhi our server went above and beyond to make our birthday feel special. Attentive, asked for allergies and offered plenty veggy options. Will be back.

Superb restaurant with a delicious selection of large meals and small plates. There's a large variety of vegetarian options which was greatly appreciated. The food is very fresh and tasty. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Its in an ideal location in the centre of the city.
